This was a commission piece , an example of the "My Channel" commission package. The collector is an activist & paralegal and I felt they really required heart armor and assistance with strategy. Hence the sphinx guarding the heart and crows as messengers and guides. I am so thankful for the trust and hope to complete more of these this year.
